01Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can manufacture a single piece when you need one, test designs and fulfill individual customer orders without holding inventory.
02Which artwork formats can I upload?
The platform supports PNG, JPG and DXF files. Every design is also subject to technical production analysis.
03How is the manufacturing price calculated?
Pricing depends on the design, available finished size and production requirements. Upload your artwork to see server-calculated prices for the sizes that can be produced.
04Will I see the shipping cost when I upload my design?
Yes. Select the destination country to see the shipping cost directly alongside the product cost.
05How long does production take?
Average production time is 3 business days. It may vary depending on the design, finish, quantity and current capacity.
06Do I keep the rights to my artwork?
Yes. You retain ownership. You give Wall Art People only the limited permission needed to analyse, manufacture, package and fulfill the order.
07What if an item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 calendar days with the order number and clear photos of the damaged product, outer packaging and shipping label. Confirmed faults may be reproduced, replaced or refunded as appropriate.
08Can you ship directly to my customer?
Yes. We provide direct-to-recipient DDP shipping to the United States, Europe, Canada and many other supported regions. Import duties and taxes are included for eligible DDP destinations, so the recipient does not face an unexpected customs charge on delivery.
