The composition consists of three vertically arranged circular elements — a large solid-filled disc at the top, a multi-ring concentric circle target at the center, and a smaller solid disc at the bottom — held within a framework of open ring outlines and two parallel vertical bars running the full height of the piece. The open rings serve as structural connectors between the three nodes, and the overall composition reads as a vertical sequence of circular masses at differing scales and densities. The negative space between elements is generous and deliberate, giving the piece a measured, open visual weight.

As a cut-metal LED panel, the design exploits the contrast between filled solid areas and open-structure zones. The concentric ring section contains multiple closely-spaced circular channels that allow the LED back-panel to illuminate from within, producing a layered glow effect at the center of the composition. The open ring outlines below and above allow the LED halo to radiate through the frame structure as well, while the solid disc forms remain opaque against the lit field. The floating mount allows the warm or chromatic back-glow to spread across the wall surface behind the panel.

The stacked disc-and-ring arrangement has no fixed symbolic content but relates formally to diagrams of planetary systems, target forms, and sequential scale progressions found across scientific, navigational, and decorative graphic traditions. Its neutral motif character makes it compatible with a wide range of contemporary interior registers.
