Negative space is used as “water,” letting the school feel light and kinetic, while the floating offset intensifies the layered effect by casting a subtle shadow that separates each form.

Curator’s Note: Schooling behavior is one of the ocean’s most recognizable natural patterns, often interpreted as a symbol of unity, protection, and shared direction—many individuals forming one coherent movement.
