I designed The Frond Hymn as a warm-weather totem—an anchor for spaces that want ease, light, and a sense of open air.

The form is all motion: long, sweeping fronds drawn in layered arcs, like carved wind. The trunk is braided with rhythmic cutwork that feels hand-marked, then refined into clean laser precision—ancient soul, modern body. What makes it come alive is the negative space: each strand of palm linework pulls daylight through the piece, casting a lace-like shadow that moves across plaster, stone, or wood as the sun shifts.
