All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All our final prices are with custom fees and taxes 100% covered.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for all orders over  $100 within Ankara. For orders under $100, we charge $15 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 16:00 - 17:00 on week days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Ankara. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 12:00 17:00 on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bir3.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your package upon reception and create files with courier immediately if the package is defective or damaged, otherwise we are not responsible or if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
