Design
The form is reduced to flowing metal contours with generous negative space that completes the silhouette. With standoff mounting, the artwork sits off the wall to create a floating shadow effect that adds depth and emphasizes the layered lines.

Curator’s Note
Seated figure studies are often associated with reflection, calm discipline, and self-possession. The simplified posture keeps the image universal, allowing gesture and proportion to carry the meaning without detail-heavy narration.
