I designed The Tidal Solstice as a coastal seal—an anchor of calm that holds light, rhythm, and horizon in one disciplined form.

A perfect circle frames the composition like an architectural window. Above, a rising sun breaks into clean radial beams—measured, intentional. Below, layered currents roll in wide bands, each cut with generous negative space so the wall becomes part of the artwork. In daylight, the rays read sharp and ceremonial; by late afternoon, the waves throw a slow-moving shadow cadence that feels like breath on stone.
