Story
A broad current cuts through the center while softer bands weave above and below it, like paths meeting in motion and separating without friction. The composition holds a sense of momentum, yet the rhythm stays calm and controlled.
Design
Thick metal contours define the main sweep, and slimmer strands thread through the open spaces to create a braided structure. Negative space carries most of the lightness, while the offset mounting lifts the lines off the wall so a floating shadow clarifies overlap and direction.
Curator’s Note
Braided forms are often read as connection and continuity—multiple routes held together without losing their individuality. The crossing bands suggest a system in balance, where movement remains unified rather than chaotic.
