Story
Four swirling currents interlock into a single, steady figure—like wind traced into a knot and held at rest. The motion is implied rather than loud, creating a calm pulse that reads as both ornament and symbol.
Design
Broad metal bands sweep into spirals and return through open channels, allowing negative space to form the lightest layer of the pattern. The offset mount keeps the piece floating slightly off the wall, so a soft shadow settles behind the curves and clarifies each turn.
Curator’s Note
Spiral motifs are often read as continuity, renewal, and movement that never fully ends. In this fourfold layout, the eye is guided through repetition without monotony—an emblem of balance where flow is structured into order.
